Refund policy

Because The SVG Society provides immediate access to digital files, downloads, and member-only content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued for monthly or annual membership payments
• No refunds or partial credits will be provided for unused downloads, shop points, or unused credits
• Canceling your membership stops future billing only and does not retroactively refund previous charges
• Failure to use the membership, download files, or access content does not qualify for a refund
• Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to member-only content, downloads, pricing, credits, and private shop features will end according to your membership terms.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a payment has been processed.
